A new concept combining 20 Minutes Mat Pilates, utilising your body weight to strengthen. Straight onto 20 Minutes on the reformer, providing the more dynamic and resistance element to the workout. Expect to feel the burn in the specific muscle group being targeted combining our two favourite Pilates workouts we all love.
A low-impact workout reducing your stress on your joints, making it perfect for different levels and abilities. Improving muscular endurance, balance, coordination and overall body awareness. Our instructors will lead you through a workout that has multiple layers and regressions making it accessible to everyone to get involved.
This class introduces heavier springs, increased resistance, slower counts, and an even deeper burn. It’s designed to push your strength to new levels while encouraging mindful movement. You’ll be challenged to move with control and build confidence—all within a supportive, safe environment where growth is the goal.
Our Mat Pilates classes are a bodyweight exercise system, and the root of all our Pilates practices. Mindful breathing and precise execution. Designed to lengthen and strengthen the targeted muscles.
Our Barre Classes are inspired by our instructors’ ballet and Pilates backgrounds, using a mounted ballet barre for support and stability. These classes focus on small, controlled movements with high repetitions.
A Reformer class specialising in stretch & mobility. Enhancing the range of movement, flexibility, helping to reduce the risk of injury and improving muscle tension & blood flow.
