2. Studio Services

All classes (e.g. reformer Pilates, mat Pilates) must be booked in advance via our website or app.

Kore Studios reserves the right to change, cancel, or substitute instructors or sessions at any time.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made up to 1 week in advance.

To cancel a class without penalty, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your class credit.

Repeated late cancellations (more than 3 per month) may result in temporary booking restrictions.

4. Payments & Packages

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or another approved provider.

Kore Studios reserves the right to change pricing or promotions at any time.

Memberships, packages, and class credits are non-transferable and subject to expiry dates outlined at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your Kore Studios account login details confidential.

If we suspect unauthorised access, your account may be suspended or restricted pending review.

By attending our classes, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate.

If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or injuries, please inform your instructor in advance.

Kore Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that arises from misuse of the studio space or failure to disclose health information.

We foster a respectful, inclusive studio environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in denied access or termination of membership.

All café and retail items must be paid for at the point of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges are given for food or drink purchases unless faulty or unsafe.
